Dr. Lisa Clow, Ph.D., Spiritual Wellness Specialist with certification in Mindfulness/Meditation and Yoga, is a National Board Certified Health and Well-Being Coach. She published her research on yoga as a women's population health intervention. But when her mother said, "I can't do yoga," she decided to find the essence of how Yoga works. While discussing her ideas with a yoga expert, she learned that Ancient Yoga focused on the mind and breath not the asanas or the poses that modern yoga had embraced. While the movement is essential to our well-being, it's not the magical factor in how yoga "works."  While Dr. Clow was on a journey to write her book,  "I Can't Do Yoga, If You've Ever Said It You Need To Read This Book" she started The Dr. Lisa Clow Podcast to share what she has learned and to find out from others, what they found to improve their well-being.
