Dr. Lisa Clow, Ph.D., Spiritual Wellness Specialist with certification in Mindfulness/Meditation, Past Life Regression, and Yoga. She published her research on yoga as a women's population health intervention. But when her mother said, "I can't do yoga," she decided to find the essence of how Yoga works. While discussing her ideas with a yoga expert, she learned that Ancient Yoga focused on the mind and breath not the asanas or the poses that modern yoga had embraced.
